When the verifier isn't confident, or a request falls outside what the agent is authorized to handle, it's escalated to a person on your team instead of being guessed at. The agent works inside boundaries you define — it doesn't get the final word on anything you'd rather decide yourself.
We operate under GDPR, and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for every customer. We're transparent about the sub-processors involved — ask, and we'll share the list.
Every conversation and every action the agent takes is logged, so nothing happens off the record. A self-serve audit dashboard is on our roadmap.
You set the retention terms as part of your agreement with us, and we delete data on request. Access is limited to the people who need it.
Formal certifications like ISO 27001 and SOC 2 are on our roadmap as we grow, and we'll list them here the day we actually hold them — not before.
